king-probe software package provides Evaluate and visualize protein interatomic packing, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install king-probe
king-probe is installed in your system.
Make ensure the king-probe package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep king-probe *
You will get with king-probe package name, version, architecture and description in a table
